Trusted Tractor Services Provider

I was born and raised in this community and after leaving it for military service and coming back, I can honestly say there is no place like home. We know the value of word-of-mouth advertising and a good reputation and how both of those work together to ensure a successful business.

We want you to take full advantage of your property through improvements or clean up. Let us do the hard work and trust that once the project is started it will be completed.

We use a Kubota M62 and a variety of tools, attachments and implements to tackle almost any task. With several years of experience operating tractors on a wide variety of projects, we know how to get the job done right.

" Highly recommended and worth every penny"

A few things to expect

  1. A walk through will be accomplished prior to the work being started. Bush hogs do not do well when they hit anything other than what they are supposed to, and tires do not like boards with nails. We want to preserve our equipment and your property.

  2. Water saturated soil or standing water only creates ruts and a huge mess. Projects may be delayed or paused on a case-by-case basis until property dries out.

  3. Work will be paused if lightning is in the area. Typically, within 5 miles.

  4. All payments will be paid prior to work being started. If paying by personal check, the check has to clear the bank before we begin.

  5. Written work agreements protect both of us. A handshake is great, but a written agreement is even better.

  6. For renters, some of our services require the property owner's approval.

  7. Haul away services are offered on a case-by-case basis.

  8. Certain jobs require underground utility services, wiring, pipes, cables, sprinkler heads etc. to be marked before we show up on site. It is the property owner's responsibility to ensure this happens. For public utilities, go to Sunshine 811 for Florida or Homepage - Georgia 811 to start this process.

  9. While we do offer fence post digging services, we unfortunately do not offer complete fencing at this time due to our limited manpower. This service is more geared to the do-it-yourself person who needs someone for clearing the fence line, digging post holes, transporting wire spools, rolling out the wire and/or stretching the wire. Call me, maybe we can work something out and get it done.

"Very reasonable and overall very satisfied"
